    I've been providing top quality handyman service using only the best materials at affordable rates since 1991. Before that I owned an electrical, plumbing and HVAC company running as many as 9 trucks. I also ran a landscaping company with 3 full time employees for a time.

     

    There isn't a piece of construction equipment I haven't operated. I graduated from LSU and being down in New Orleans after Katrina, we were basically rebuilding an entire city. I feel like I bring a lot to the table, giving homeowners options and choices in design ideas.

     

    I'm on the side of the homeowner: Many contractors across Seattle don't actually do any of the work themselves. At the same time, they have a hard time hiring competent subcontractors. The quality of the work suffers and the homeowner suffers. My mission is to bring affordable prices directly to homeowners then back that up with top quality craftsmanship.

     

    BEFORE ARRIVING:

    1) Detailed discussion of all work needed.

    2) Set an agreed upon price.

    3) Once it's acceptable to you, then we determine a time that's convenient.

     

    AFTER ARRIVAL:

    We do a complete walk through. You get to meet me and talk about your job.

     

    JOB APPROVAL:

    It's at this point that you make the decision on whether to have the work done.

    If approved then I start work immediately; If not then there would be no charge.
