I graduated from LSU and being down in New Orleans after Katrina, we were basically rebuilding an entire city. I feel like I bring a lot to the table, giving homeowners options and choices in design ideas.

Many contractors across Seattle don't actually do any of the work themselves. At the same time, they have a hard time hiring competent subcontractors. The quality of the work suffers and the homeowner suffers. My mission is to bring affordable prices directly to homeowners then back that up with top quality craftsmanship.
BEFORE ARRIVING:
1) Detailed discussion of all work needed. (This is how I know what tools to bring.)
2) Set an agreed upon price no matter whether it's hourly or bid.
3) Once it's acceptable to you if the job can be done for that price then we determine a time that's convenient.
AFTER ARRIVAL:
We do a complete walk through. I explain what I'm seeing and how I would do your job. You get to meet me and have an opportunity to talk about your home.
JOB APPROVAL:
It's at this point that you make the decision on whether to have the work done.
If approved then I start work immediately; If not then there would be no charge.
I offer both "Time & Materials" pricing for small jobs as well as "Bid" pricing on larger jobs.
